Question 1

How do I submit a service request?

Accepted Answer

Start the service request at /request-service and share a few details about your home and HVAC project, including your ZIP code, job type, timing preference, and contact details. You must agree to be contacted about this HVAC request before it can be submitted.

Question 2

What happens after I submit my request?

Accepted Answer

You will see a confirmation that your request was received along with a reference for your records. The information you shared will be reviewed to determine the next step and may be routed to a relevant local contractor when service-area and job-type coverage align. A contractor may follow up about next steps. Sending a request does not book an appointment.

Question 3

How is my request information used or shared?

Accepted Answer

Your request is submitted only with your permission to be contacted about this HVAC need. We use the details you share to respond to the request and, when service-area and job-type coverage align, route it to a relevant local contractor. Your request is not shared as a public listing.

Question 4

Are coverage, contractor matching, a response time, or an appointment guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Availability and coverage vary. A request may be routed to a relevant local contractor only when service-area and job-type coverage align, and no contractor match or response time is guaranteed. Sending a request does not book an appointment.
